Warranty Policy
Understand your product warranty coverage, claim process, exclusions, and manufacturer support information.
How this document works: This Warranty Schedule forms part of your Terms & Conditions with Medevice Healthtech Private Limited.
Section A explains Medevice distributor warranty obligations. Section B explains individual manufacturer warranty terms for each brand partner distributed by Medevice in India.
Section A — Medevice Warranty
A1. Standard Warranty Period
Medevice provides a minimum 12-month distributor warranty on all equipment supplied and installed by MHPL unless otherwise stated in writing.
Where the original manufacturer warranty exceeds 12 months, the longer manufacturer warranty applies.
A2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Mechanical or electronic failures under intended use
- Structural failures of device frame or body
- Software or firmware faults affecting functionality
- Defective components under recommended operating conditions
A3. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect installation or wiring
- Power supply or voltage damage
- Moisture, flooding, or dust ingress
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Cosmetic damage not affecting performance
- Transportation or accidental damage
- Products with removed serial numbers
- Third-party software or IT infrastructure issues
A4. Consumable & Wearable Parts — Not Covered
- Drive belts, timing belts, spindle belts
- Rubber feet, floor pads, protection mats
- Cables, straps, cuffs, handles, grips
- Pulley blocks and pulley covers
- Electrode pads and gel consumables
- Mouthpieces, breathing valves, resistors
- Sensor batteries and rechargeable battery packs
- USB cables, extension leads, charging cables
A5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Notify Medevice within the warranty period
- Provide photo/video evidence of the issue
- Provide invoice or proof of purchase
- Allow equipment inspection by Medevice technicians
Medevice acknowledges warranty claims within 3 working days and coordinates repair, replacement, or technical assessment with the brand partner.
A6. On-Site vs. Return Service
- On-site service arranged wherever possible
- RMA number required before return shipment
- Original packaging is strongly recommended
- Valid in-warranty India freight covered by Medevice
A7. Warranty Registration
Medevice assists clients with product registration where required by the manufacturer to activate extended warranty coverage.
